Firstly, I *love* Commodore. I am one of those mad (sad?) old school code geeks who still makes C64 demos and has a real machine collecting dust. The Commodore MAX, however, is kind of ironic. It's basically a stripped down C64, with an ugly rubber keyboard. It was shit, and who knows why CBM would try to sell it to the Japanese of all people. Commodore are infamously known for their incredibly bad business decisions.

So from the moment I saw that asteroid explode and a Commodore MAX come out of it, I thought, that must be a pretty powerful machine. Then the space kids at the end, playing with their computers sitting in an asteroid field, perfect for some crazy Starship Troopers style war on asteroids.
